A 3BR/2BA home averages 4–5 hours for a 2-person team, 6–8 hours for one. We don't time-box deep cleans — we finish when the home is fully reset.

Yes. The deep clean carries a $200 premium on top of base pricing because it takes 2–3x the labor of a standard cleaning and includes appliance interiors, baseboards, ledges, frames, and all the detail work most companies skip. After the deep clean is complete, your recurring visits return to standard pricing (with frequency discounts).

You're welcome to book a one-time deep clean. We'll just clean your home — no recurring commitment. Many customers do this and decide to start recurring service later.

A card on file is required at booking to secure your slot. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a fee — our team plans days in advance and last-minute cancellations affect everyone scheduled after you.

We work in 2-hour estimated arrival windows so we can structure our day effectively (traffic, meals, the previous job running long). If you book a 9-11am window, our team will notify you of an exact arrival time or arrive within that window.

Yes — pricing is per-square-foot and available as an Extra during booking. We don't offer it as a standalone service.

Yes. Fully insured, every employee background-checked (national + state criminal + driver's license), 2–3+ years residential cleaning experience minimum.

Natural products, primarily Seventh Generation. Our all-purpose heavy cleaner is a vinegar and water solution. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, leave them out — we'll accommodate. No harsh chemicals unless absolutely necessary to remove a specific stain or buildup.

Our redo policy: if you're not completely satisfied, we'll come back and redo any missed spots or areas free of charge, whenever you want.

The frequency discounts are for actual recurring service. If you cancel before your second visit, the discount difference is added back to your initial bill (treated as a one-time clean). You're free to switch frequencies or cancel after 3 cleanings.
