House Cleaning Checklist

For recurring customers who have had a deep cleaning within the last 1–2 months, our Standard Cleaning Checklist is ideal. It features 40 points and includes sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, thorough dusting, wiping, vacuuming throughout the home and general tidying as needed.

Appointments booked without extras are considered Standard Cleanings. The full room-by-room scope is shown below.

Bathrooms

For appliance interiors, heavy buildup or a home that has not been reset recently, select the appropriate deep clean or extra when booking.

The Deep Cleaning package is our most popular option. It includes a comprehensive cleaning of your entire home, with sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, visible baseboards, exterior kitchen cabinets, light switches, frames, ledges and hidden corners. Bathrooms and kitchens receive extra attention.

Dust removal and floors

Quality control

Complete a final quality-control check after cleaning.

Turnover cleaning for short-term rental homes. Confirm the timing, laundry, and restocking requirements with the owner.

Rooms and surfaces

• Empty and remove garbage from the residence, replacing bags with fresh ones
• Launder bedding, bath mats, hand towels, and small rugs, then place them back out for the next guests
• Lightly clean the oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and toaster ovens
• Make beds
• Restock owner-requested supplies such as soap, coffee, creamers, and paper towels
