Turnover cleaning scope

Confirm the full scope, timing, laundry needs, and any requested restocking with the team before each service.

Not included: walls.

Clean, polish, and disinfect appliance exteriors
Clean stovetops, countertops, and sinks
Clean mirrors, toilets, showers, glass doors, bathtubs, and faucets
Clean outdoor furniture
Vacuum carpets, upholstery, and furniture
Mop all floors
Lightly dust shutters, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and windowsills
Wash dishes
Empty and remove garbage; replace bags
Launder bedding, bath mats, hand towels, and small rugs, then put them back out
Lightly clean oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, or toaster oven
Make beds
Restock owner-requested supplies such as soap, coffee, creamers, and paper towels
